Climate change, biodiversity loss and growing societal inequalities are some of the pressing issues of the 21st century for which organisations have to prepare themselves. Annekatrin Meißner, Suleika Bort and Erinch Sahan show how to successfully implement and realise a truly regenerative and distributive business approach. They present best-practice case studies of organisations that pursue sustainability as an external driven goal and in their internal organisational structure, implementing innovative and sustainable business designs in governance, networks, ownership, and finance. The authors thus hope to initiate transformation and encourage critical reflection on one’s own business processes and practices.
