The editor (and contributor of one of the stories) Giancarlo De Cataldo is a judge at the appeals court of Rome where he has been living since 1973. He is also a journalist, essayist, screenwriter and dramaturge. Andrew Brown is a well known translator of classical literature from the French and the Italian.
