Sara Sassetti is Assistant Professor of Organizational Studies at University of Pisa. She received her PhD in Management in 2018 from the University of Pisa, Economics and Management Department. Her main research field relates to entrepreneurial decision-making, students ‘employability and HRM. She works and collaborates with Southampton Business School. She is a member of EURAM (European Academy of Management) and track chair for the EURAM entrepreneurship standing track “Entrepreneurial Decision Making and Behavior”.
