Stefan Jooss is Lecturer in Management and Programme Director for the Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Cork University Business School, University College Cork. His main research interest and focus is in the area of international human resource management, particularly talent management and global work.

Ralf Burbach is Head of Hospitality Management at the School of Hospitality Management and Tourism, Technological University Dublin. He is a past president of European Federation of the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Education. His research focuses mainly on human resource management digitalisation and global talent management.

Huub Ruël is Professor of International Business and Global Talent Management at Hotelschool, The Hague. His research focuses on talent management in the hospitality industry and the role of technology in talent and human resource management.
