Industry 4.0 has transformed how businesses work. Enis Yakut is an assistant professor of marketing at Faculty of Business, Manisa Celal Bayar University, Turkey. His areas of research interest include psychological and cognitive aspects, judgments and decision-making process of the consumers. He has over 12 years of industry experience in a wide variety of arenas, including manufacturing, food processing, advertising, and service environments.
