Clarice S.C. Chan has degrees in business and economics. She is the winner of the IATEFL BESIG Award for the Development of Business English Teaching Materials (2007), the TESOL Professional Development Scholarship (2007), and an Australia Endeavour Research Fellowship to conduct postdoctoral research in applied linguistics at the University of New South Wales (2011). She is also co-editor of TESOL’s New Ways in Teaching Business English (2014).

Evan Frendo is a British freelance trainer, teacher trainer and author based in Berlin, Germany. He has been active in English for Specific Purposes since 1993, mostly in the corporate sector. A frequent speaker at conferences, he also travels regularly in Europe and Asia to run courses or to work as a consultant. You can find more information at www.e4b.de.
